Αγαπητοί Αγωνιζόμενοι και φίλοι του RALLY GREECE OFFROAD,
Η προκήρυξη βουλευτικών εκλογών για 21 Μαΐου υποχρέωσε τους Οργανωτές του 10ου RALLY GREECE OFFROAD για αλλαγή ημερομηνίας της εκδήλωσης.
Η ΟΜΑΕ ενέκρινε νέες ημερομηνίες διεξαγωγής του αγώνα η οποία είναι:
14-18 Ιουνίου για τον ΕΘΝΙΚΟ αγώνα και
15-18 Ιουνίου για το Raid Regularity.
Οι Οργανωτές έχουν αιτηθεί στην FIA τη διεξαγωγή του αγώνα του Cross Country Bajas European Cup για την ημερομηνία 14-17 Ιουνίου και αναμένουν την απόφαση του WMSC.
Οι νέες σημαντικές ημερομηνίες του αγώνα είναι:
Α) ΕΘΝΙΚΟΣ ΑΓΩΝΑΣ και RAID-Regularity
· 15/4 Δημοσίευση Συμπληρωματικού Κανονισμού
· 12/5 Τέλος περιόδου Μειωμένου Παράβολου
· 9/6 Κλείσιμο Συμμετοχών
B) ΑΓΩΝΑΣ FIA*
*αναμένεται έγκριση από τη FIA
· 15/4 Δημοσίευση Συμπληρωματικού Κανονισμού
· 12/5 Τέλος περιόδου Μειωμένου Παράβολου
· 31/5 Κλείσιμο Συμμετοχών
Οι Ομάδες που έχουν ήδη αγοράσει εισιτήρια πλοίων της Superfast – Anek για δρομολόγια Ιταλίας -Ελλάδας – Ιταλίας, πρέπει άμεσα να επικοινωνήσουν με την εταιρία για αλλαγή των εισιτηρίων τους χωρίς οικονομική επιβάρυνση.

Όσοι επιθυμούν να κάνουν νέες κρατήσεις για τις νέες ημερομηνίες του αγώνα θα πρέπει να τις πραγματοποιήσουν άμεσα καθώς τον Ιούνιο υπάρχει περιορισμένη διαθεσιμότητα.

Οι Ομάδες που έχουν κλείσει ξενοδοχεία για 17-21 Μάϊου, πρέπει να επικοινωνήσουν άμεσα μαζί τους ώστε να αλλάξουν τις ημερομηνίες άφιξης και αναχώρησης.
Όσοι επιθυμούν να συμμετάσχουν στο 10ο Rally Greece Offroad πρέπει άμεσα να κλείσουν αεροπορικά και ακτοπλοϊκά εισιτήρια καθώς η περίοδος του αγώνα είναι υψηλής τουριστικής κίνησης.
Περιορισμένη διαθεσιμότητα ισχύει και για τη κράτηση δωματίων στη περιοχή του αγώνα.
Οι Ομάδες που έχουν πληρώσει το παράβολο συμμετοχής πριν τις 29.3 για την ημερομηνία του Μάϊου, και δεν επιθυμούν να συμμετάσχουν στις νέα ημερομηνία του Ιουνίου, δικαιούνται 100% επιστροφή χρημάτων.

Dear Competitors and friends of RALLY GREECE OFFROAD,
The call for general elections in Greece on May 21st, forced Organizers of 10th RALLY GREECE OFFROAD to change the dates of the event.
Greek ASN-OMAE approved new dates for the rally and these dates are:
14-18 June for the National Baja and
15-18 June for Raid Regularity race.
Organizers made a petition to FIA so the event of Cross Country Bajas European Cup to be run on 14-17 June and this is pending approval by WMSC.
New important deadlines of the Baja are:

Teams already paid ferry tickets from Superfast-Anek Lines for Italy-Greece-Italy, must contact immediately with company so to change their tickets to new dates without penalty fee.

Anyone wish to make new ticket booking for the new rally dates must proceed immediately since in June there is a limited availability of tickets.
Other Ferry companies serving Greece-Italy line:
Team already booked hotels for 17-21 May, must contact immediately with hotel’s reservation departments so to change the dates of arrival and departure.
Anyone wishing to participate in 10th Rally Greece Offroad must book immediately flights and ferries since the new rally dates are on a high touristic season.
Limited availability stands also for hotel reservations in the area of the Baja.
Teams paid Entry Fee before 29.3 for the date of May and do not wish to participate on new the dates of June, are entitled for 100% refund.

La convocatione delle elezioni generali in Grecia il 21 Maggio, ha costretto gli organizzatori del 10° RALLY GREECE OFFROAD a modificare le date dell'evento.
L'ASN greca-OMAE ha approvato nuove date per il rally e queste date sono:
14-18 Giugno per la gara Nazionale Baja e
15-18 Giugno per la gara di Regolarità Raid.
Gli organizzatori hanno fatto una richiesta alla FIA in modo che l'evento del Cross Country Bajas European Cup si svolga dal 14 al 17 Giugno e siamo in attesa dell’approvazione da parte del WMSC.
Le nuove date importanti del l’evento sono:

Chiunque desideri effettuare una nuova prenotazione dei biglietti per le nuove date del rally deve procedere immediatamente in quanto nel mese di Giugno la disponibilità dei biglietti è limitata.
Altre compagnie di navigazione che offrono I collegamenti Italia-Grecia sono:
I concorrenti che hanno già prenotato l’ albergo per il 17-21 Maggio, devono contattare immediatamente l'ufficio prenotazioni dell'albergo per modificare le date di arrivo e partenza.
Chiunque desideri partecipare al 10° Rally Greece Offroad deve prenotare immediatamente voli e traghetti poiché le nuove date del Rally sono in alta stagione turistica.
La disponibilità limitata vale anche per le prenotazioni alberghiere nella zona della Baja.
I concorrenti che hanno pagato la tassa d’ iscrizione prima del 29.3 per la data di
Maggio e non desiderano partecipare alle nuove date di Giugno, hanno diritto al rimborso al 100%.

Estimados Concursantes y amigos del RALLY GREECE OFFROAD,
La convocatoria de elecciones generales en Grecia para el 21 de Mayo, obligó a los Organizadores del 10º RALLY GREECE OFFROAD a modificar las fechas del evento.
La ASN-OMAE griega ha aprobado las nuevas fechas para el rally y estas fechas son:
14-18 de Junio para la Baja Nacional y
15-18 de Junio para la carrera de Regularidad Raid.
Los organizadores han enviado una petición a la FIA para que el evento de la Cross Country Bajas European Cup se lleve a cabo el 14 hasta el 17 de Junio.
Aún está pendiente de aprobación por parte del WMSC.

Los concursantes que ya pagaron los billetes de ferry de Superfast-Anek Lines para Italia-Grecia-Italia, deben comunicarse de inmediato con la compañía para cambiar sus billetes a nuevas fechas sin penalización.

Cualquier persona que desee realizar una nueva reserva de billetes para las nuevas fechas del rally debe proceder de inmediato ya que en Junio hay una disponibilidad limitada de billetes.
Otras compañías de ferry que prestan servicios en la línea Grecia-Italia son:
Los concursantes que han ya reservado el hotel para el 17 al 21 de Mayo, deben comunicarse de inmediato con los departamentos de reservas del hotel para cambiar las fechas de llegada y salida.
Cualquiera que desee participar en el 110° Rally Greece Offroad debe reservar vuelos y ferries de inmediato, ya que las nuevas fechas del rally se encuentran en una temporada alta de turismo.
Los hoteles en la zona de la Baja tienen una disponibilidad limitada en estas fechas
Los concursantes que han ya pagado los derechos de inscripción antes del 29.3 para la fecha de Mayo y no deseen participar en las nuevas fechas de Junio,
tienen derecho a un reembolso del 100%.
